Abstract :
People have been working in oil, gas, coal and gold mines to search these natural resources and also digging the new mines for the same purpose. The presence of toxic gases in the deep mine may cause life threaten to the mine workers. Our project gives the solutions to avoid these scenarios by using three sensors. The oxygen sensors are used to sense the availability of oxygen and the methane sensor is used to find the excess of methane gas in the deep well. The third level sensor of blood pressure sensor is used to monitor the blood pressure level of the persons who are working in the deep hole mine. Further, RF-transceiver is used to transmit the information from Microcontroller to the computer. Inhaling of methane gas will change the normal blood pressure of the person which may be fatal when it increases beyond the safe level. At that time the person can be lifted up from the mines by means of pulleys. The life of the personnel is saved by providing the oxygen supply to the person from oxygen cylinder tank when the oxygen level is insufficient and when the methane level is increased which is indicated by buzzer. Here relays are used for controlling of cylinder valve opening and closing.
