Abstract
The main goal of this article is to develop and upgrade the existence technologies of the signals processing theory. By using methods and algorithms based on artificial neural networks, we expect the new way in development a complete analytical system for biomedical engineering problems. As is well known problem in theory of signal processing to achieve a high-speed and high-precision result, with the mixing of typical and modern design in the area of neural networks, multicore and parallel computing and designing the new type of sensors.
