Abstract
In a cloud Datacenter(DC), dynamic resource allocation is one of the major resource area during datacenter resources are consumed by the cloud consumers. Initially, the datacenter (DC) will provide the resources dynamically as per the cloud consumer´s request. When the user needs additional resources for virtual machine (VM) than the available resources of datacenter, the whole process will get hang and also affects the other running virtual machines of data center. This issue of datacenter can be avoided by our proposed Dynamic resource allocation algorithm and DC load balancing algorithm. By migrating the over utilized VM to the other datacenter, which has more resources, we can achieve load balancing and also avoids over utilization of datacenters.
