Abstract :
Since the release of IEEE Std. 1159.3 recommend practice for the transfer of power quality data, vendors of power quality monitoring equipment have been interested in testing their implementations with third parties to determine if the implementation is compliant with the standard. This summary paper and the accompanying presentation describes the findings for a test conducted for the PMI PMR600 power meter
