  • Abstract
Telecommunication and Internet services are constantly subject to changes, seeking the customers full satisfaction. Enriching these services with innovative approaches such as context-aware, social, mobile, adaptable and interactive mechanisms, enables users to experience a variety of personalized services seamlessly across different platforms and technologies. In this sense, it is expected that next generation services adopt a user-centric vision. Therefore, based on social networks, reality mining techniques and context-aware systems, this work presents an architectural approach and prototype implementation to provide future communication systems with user-centric capabilities across different technologies and platforms, enriching the overall user Quality of Experience, by enabling human behavior to be leveraged to any 3rd party entity. Moreover, a big emphasis is given towards privacy, security and trust.
