Abstract :
The investigation of surface plasmons properties and propagation in left-handed media is significant problem in area of surface physics in recent years. The existence and propagation of surface plasmon polaritons in cylindrical geometry for the case of the spatially inhomogeneous dielectric permittivity of cylinder in comparison with homogeneous one has been investigated. The application of obtained results is discussed
