Abstract
The authors present a generalization of the S. Koshigoe and J.W. Murdock theoretical model. The considered structure vibrations are calculated and compared with experimental results. Complementary measurements of optical transmittance have been carried out by a spectroscopic study of glass plates immersed in a marine environment
