Abstract
The Agile Manufacturing paradigm involves consortiums of organizations collaborating on joint projects. Flexible teaming and information sharing will be key features, with skills offered and information shared over an information infrastructure network. The paper describes how Singapore´s proposed national information infrastructure can meet the needs of manufacturing enterprises in an information age. It examines the needs for enterprise information management, virtual teaming and inter enterprise information sharing
