Abstract :
Message Transfer Engine (MTE) is an important module on message transferring and sending in the system platform, as soon as the interface of the engine has been implemented by the system module, it will provide the built-in message transferring service for different modules in a system or the modules in different systems. MTE can vastly reduce the coupling degree between various modules in a system or in different systems so as to raise the software reusability which can significantly reduce the cost of software development.
