  • Abstract
An all-sapphire Fabry-Perot cavity is temperature controlled in a cryogenic (/spl sim/5 K) environment. The cavity is used as a frequency reference to stabilise the output of a diode pumped Nd:YAG laser. The expected stability is discussed and Allan Deviation measurements presented.
