Abstract :
This paper describes the filter tap length of the subband adaptive digital filter (ADF) for the impulse response estimation problem in wideband and huge tap systems. Given the shapes of the impulse response of the unknown system, the relationship between the adaptive filter tap length of the subband ADF and the performance is clarified. An effective design method for the impulse response estimation problem using the subband ADF is clarified
