Abstract
Space-charge-limited currents were observed in spherulitic polypropylene films containing large spherulites which are two-dimensionally grown. The number of charge-trapping sites N t and the mobility μ were estimated to be of the orders of 1014 (cm-3) and 10-9 (cm2-V -1-s-1), respectively. It was also found that N t decreased with increasing mean diameter R of spherulites in the sample, while μ increased with R
