Abstract :
In multimedia presentation, significant skew can result from computation and transmission delays. In this paper, we present an enhanced multimedia presentation mechanism that operates under limited system resources. We propose a new multimedia presentation system. Specifically, we design and implement the Small-scenario Description Language (SDL) and a new synchronization mechanism. Synchronization is performed by a scheduler that represents each object as a list of sub-objects for effective buffer usage. We also define an additional property of the object, named `priority´, to eliminate the unexpected loss of mono-media data
