Abstract
Introduces a frequency domain adaptive control (FDAC) method for vibration and sound control and does not merely control a few harmonics. This means that control of broadband signals is aimed at and frequency domain estimation is used as a convenient means the gather information on the plant to compute suitable controllers. The approach taken is different from the work of Elliott and Rafaely (1997) in both estimation and control design. Here the main contribution is the analysis of the benefits and difficulties of the new scheme
