Abstract :
The author presents a brief explanation of the SeTrans regional transmission organisation planning process (USA), the roles and responsibilities of each party involved in this process, the involvement of the stakeholders in the planning process and the collaborative effort between FERC jurisdictional and nonjurisdictional entities in creating this document.
