Abstract
In this paper, the robust Hinfin control problem is considered for uncertain neutral systems with discrete and distributed time delays. By using new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals, some sufficient conditions on Hinfin robust performance analysis are given in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Based on these conditions the dynamical output feedback controller are designed. Numerical examples are included to illustrate the proposed method.
