Abstract
This paper proposes a usability testing method that alters a given usability testing method to make it less costly and time consuming for the investigator. The usage of user-centred methods is motivated and a combination of two user-centred methods suggested. Furthermore this method is combined with other techniques to additionally detect the state of satisfaction within the user. User based factors like emotions, opinions, cognitive and conative aspects are therefore considered. A method for the joint evaluation of all data gathered is proposed.
