Study on the Dynamic Mechanism of the Universities´ Independent Innovation Based on Industry-University-Research Institute Alliance

The drive of universities´ Independent Innovation is the key and decisive factor during the whole process of the university´s Innovation. This paper, analyzing the relationship between industry-university-research institute alliance and universities´ Independent Innovation, mainly focuses on the perspective of industry-university-research institute alliance including the interests drive the mechanism, the organization coordination mechanism, the cooperative R&D mechanism, the interaction and communication mechanism, and the outer guarantee mechanism. What´s more, this thesis, taking Central South University as the analytical example, further proves how the above-mentioned dynamic mechanisms promote the improvement of the university´s Independent Innovation ability.
