Abstract
This paper is proposed to establish a fourth party e-payment monitoring platform, aiming at resolving the vicious competition among third-party e-payment companies, the unstable circulation volume of e-currency instability, the problems of the storage of financing deposition and customer interests and so on. Through the operation of the regular registration examination and approval system, the deposit insurance system, the incentive and restrictive mechanism, the monitoring platform will not only enable third-party e-payment platform to effectively regulate its operation, but also inspire the innovation of third-party e-payment companies.
