Abstract
In the information age, information technology is the most basic and most common techniques, It is essential that the every area, every aspect of human social life will widely apply to the information technology, the field of public affairs management are no exception. At present, we are in the starting point of information technology-based of public affairs management. It is very meaningful for us to conscious acceptance and application information technology in the field of public affairs management through forecasting a reasonable form brought by information technology in public affairs management. Thus, when the traditional government management faced with such difficulties, it was discovered that e-government is the most important promoter in government management reform and innovation. on the one hand, Popularity of the Internet will foster the government to face greater pressure, on the other hand, it offers more possibilities for management innovation of government. E-government is a rational choice of government reorganization, and inevitable result of advances in information technology. So, e-government can be a model combing technological innovation with the government management innovation, it can bring profound changes for the way of Government management.
