Abstract :
Model-Driven Software Development (MDSD) techniques are increasingly used in large development environments. This paper proposes an extended executable business model named exBM to ensure system modeling for both web and C/S applications. The metamodel of exBM is presented to sufficiently describe both the structural and behavioral properties of applications. A schedule model is added to exBM in order to carry out a task that needs to occur at given moments in time. Some more expressions are provided, such as RequestSession variables, language expressions, Spring Bean variables and OGNL expressions. Finally a case study of Planning Management System of Natural Science Foundation is demonstrated how to build exBMs.
