Abstract
The article presents a number of suggestions on e-learning development to Chinese government, which are based on strategy analysis of Chinese Education Ministry. The study addresses main focuses on government leadership and current strategies of e-learning. The suggested approaches cover a variety of hemispheres that mainly involve cooperation programs, government influences, technology equipments, policies, and e-learning in higher education.
