  • Abstract
    The e-governmental adoption means that the information systems become the necessary part of the public organization during a period and by the special channel step by step finally. The research is based on the fruit of information systems adoption in business firms, and analyzes the different essence between firm and administration organization, and explores the mechanism of information systems and public organization institution. The research constructs the e-government adoption model based on the new institutional theory, and the final results are: the factors of organization commitment, group culture and superior coercive pressure are most important factors to influence the information systems adoption decision.
