Abstract
This paper addresses delayed controllers design of semiactive offshore platform in high-speed communication networks (HSCNs). Employing Nyquist curve approach, the sufficient and necessary conditions of gains and delays are derived respectively. The controllers are designed by using delayed positive feedback of variable stiffness. Some examples are presented to illustrative the effectiveness and simplicity of the designed controllers.
