Preface

On behalf of the Program Committee and the Organizing Committee, it is a great pleasure for us to welcome you to the International Conference on Systems and Informatics (ICSAI 2012). The demands of systems and informatics in our daily life have been constantly increasing, as more and more computer applications were built in past decades. Great efforts have been made to improve the state of the art in the technologies for computer-based applications. ICSAI 2012 aims to advance these technologies to a new level to make the building of computer-based application more reliable and efficient. We are delighted to receive more than one thousand submissions from 33 countries and XXX papers were selected for inclusion in the program. These submissions cover various related areas, such as Control and Automation Systems, Power and Energy Systems, Intelligent Systems, Computer Systems and Applications, Communications and Networking, Image, Video, and Signal Processing, Data Engineering and Data Mining, Software Engineering, and Computer Architecture, etc.. We would like to thank all of the authors who submitted their valuable work to this conference.
