Stray Voltage and Equipotential Planes Revisited Rebuttal of Equipotential Planes a Figment of the Imagination

For a number of years technical papers have been written which have focused on the electrical phenomenon commonly referred to as stray voltage. A considerable portion of this effort has been focused on the possible origins of stray voltage and their impacts on the cows in dairy farms. Included in some of the papers has been a mitigation strategy involving equipotential planes. A paper has been written which questions the integrity of equipotential planes. This author´s paper rebuts some of the statements and the conclusions in that paper
