    Abstract form only given. DARPA is leading the development of energy-efficient, high bandwidth-density, high capacity, foundry-compatible and scalable Silicon Photonics technology. I will present DARPA´s vision, highlights of recent DARPA-sponsored results and DARPA´s plans.
