Abstract :
This target-oriented management of a university model of performance evaluation has been designed, mainly introduces the overall program management by objective performance evaluation index system for the design and establishment, and performance appraisal feedback. Colleges and universities through the introduction of management by objectives approach to the various colleges and universities to assess the work aimed at the rational use of educational resources improve operating efficiency, improve the assessment mechanism.
