Abstract :
The problem of the stabilization of a `minimum phase´ single-input single-output (SISO) linear time-varying system is discussed. A sufficient condition is given for the exponential stability of two interconnected linear time-varying systems. A technique is suggested to design a time-invariant compensator that guarantees exponential stability of the closed loop system
