Abstract :
Regional Health Information System (RHIS) plays a vital role in health information building in which the crucial and difficult part is how to effectively integrate data from heterogeneous database. XML (eXtensible Markup Language) can solve the problem when it has been put into RHIS because of it has the function to integrate massive data and HL7, the exchange standard of health information field, has syncretized XML in its third version.
