The application research on the production control of dilute acid delinting

This paper focused on the existent technology problems in the dilute acid delinting of cotton seed, it first introduced the traditional process of dilute acid delinting, then combined with the automatic control technology and information processing technology of the controling of concentration, temperature and so on during the production process, rebuilt the production process and advanced the framework model about the production control management system of the dilute acid delinting. Practice has proved that such dilute acid delinting technology with automatic control and information processing can effectively improve the quality of cotton seed processing.
