Abstract
Human dispatch is a kind of employing labor way beneficial to employee, enterprises and society. However, human dispatch industry has not formed quality specifications as a newly arisen service industry, which restricted the development of human dispatch service. This paper argues that an important way of establishing service specifications for human dispatch industry is continuous improvement of service products based on customer satisfaction. According to characteristics of the human dispatch service industry in China, this article puts forwards significant driving factors effected on customer satisfaction (including enterprise image, perceived quality, perceived value) and constructs the model of customer satisfaction in human dispatch industry based on known theoretical results and methods. On this basis, it also establishes the evaluation index system of customer satisfaction in human dispatch industry and has completed verification for the index system in order to provide the theory basis for forming the quality specification of the industry service and promoting the healthy and orderly development of the industry.
