Abstract :
This paper analyzes the origin, characteristics and limits of the current design perspectives, provider-oriented perspective and consumer-oriented perspective, of public service delivery mechanism. Based on the analysis, it introduces the theory of service marking into the discussion of mechanism design of public service delivery. It points out that public service delivery mechanism should be designed from the perspective of interaction because of the existence of lots of public services which are provided and consumed simultaneously.
