Abstract :
The 3G technology´s commercialization is the great event of communications industry. Fusion of interoperability in the network, how to conduct effective network convergence has been plagued with many people. The development of multi-service convergence is the effective way to meet the modern consumer demand personalized and to fully tap the value of converged network services. The converged Network consumer market can be fractionized by commercialization of 3G technology based on the needs of the different characteristics of various types of consumers. That also can create more cost-effective and further promote the comprehensive development of network convergence.
