Abstract :
Fast Fashion chain store such as H&M, ZARA and UNI QLO are becoming the invader of the fashion world. They are concentrated on the promotion of the new style-"Fast Fashion". Attach great importance to the strategy of Supply Chain Management is one of the success reasons for the largest Fast Fashion Retailers. China is a big and strong country in the field of the fashion but she has not any famous brand. She has been called "The factory of the world" and she is just a base of OEM. Through the study and comparison to the homepage of H&M, ZARA, UNI QLO, We try to analysis the business model and the SCM strategy of them and give some advises to the fashion enterprises in China.
