The development of enterprise annuity is vital to successful development of endowment insurance. The investment operation of enterprise annuity will encounter risks inevitably, it is important to identify and avoid the investment risk for preserving the value of enterprise annuity. In this paper, the risk of investment can be divided in to three aspects from perspective of risk aversion: The risk of policy and macroeconomic control, the risk of market operation and the risk of trust mode. We make avoiding plans for different kinds of risks, providing the reference to investment operation and risk aversion of enterprise annuity in china.
