Abstract :
The structure of navy vessel´s Life Cycle and Operation Cycle are presented. The self-support and harbor-support are analyzed when navy vessel is docked. The effectiveness and cost model of the two types of support are established with WSEIAC model. The calculation means is given. The effectiveness and cost example of support of two types is presented to a conventional submarine under the modified WSEIAC model. The results display that the harbor-support is of superiority over self-support of navy vessel.
