Abstract
An efficient enhancement of a radar cross section (RCS) prediction code for the inclusion of diffraction effects based on the physical theory of truncated equivalent edge currents is presented. Important aspects of the implementation are discussed and the method´s impact on scattering results is investigated by a number of test simulations.
