Abstract :
Design and development of telematics transport systems represents a new approach to solving transportation problems. Telematics offers large opportunities to strengthen the positive features of transport (availability, mobility), while minimizing its negative impacts (e.g. environmental pollution, energy consumption, congestion, accidents, infrastructure construction costs) without any additional spending on investment. The up-to-date telematics systems provide the transport users a revolutionary opportunity to effectively utilize its services.
