Following in the city and countryside overall plan coordinated development to be thorough and the new rural reconstruction advancement, the farmland transferring becomes a universal phenomenon day by day. Started with three big benefit main bodies-governments, the peasant and specialized household in the farm-land transferring, This Article carries on an investigation in cost benefit of the benefit main bodies. The article proposes that the farmland transferring will make fast ordered and strong progress following in rise on agriculture product price, progress on agricultural science and technology, reduce on transferring costs, formation of agricultural scale economy and improvement of administrative system of government.
