On Certain Problems and Countermeasures of Listed Corporation in China´s Financial IT Project Management

In the development process of our modern financial listed companies, IT projects which are based on digital technology-driven play an important role and have a profound impact on aspects of promoting financial listed companies´ large-scale development and institutional innovation. Today, no matters in state-owned commercial banks or joint-stock banks of our country, various financial businesses rely much on computer networks and information systems. However, problems existing in implementation and operation of IT project have seriously affected security of internal control and economic benefits of China´s financial listed companies. Therefore, to strengthen IT project management as soon as possible has become a significant step to accelerate the pace of building China´s operational safety of China´s financial listed companies. The management team of financial listed companies should pay highly attention to and strengthen the IT project management. Improving emergency response of IT project, capability of handling and recovering breakdown, is to ensure the safety and stable operation of IT systems in financial enterprises.
