Abstract
Severe Fog-haze pollution speed up the high energy consumption, high pollution of coal enterprises to the low energy consumption, low emissions and low pollution economic model transition process. On the basis of the existing research, AHP combined with mathematical statistics method was used to establish status trend evaluation index system and evaluation model on development of low carbon economy in coal enterprises. Regard Jiaozuo coal groups as an example, the results were shown as follows. First of all, the overall level of low carbon economy development and each criterion layer index rise gradually. In addition, economic development level and social development level rise slowly. What´s more, environmental conditions and resource utilization levels promote each other and rise. Last but not least, characteristics of low carbon levels present certain fluctuation, because the low carbon equipment investment and the introduction of talent play a role in the development of low carbon economy gradually.
