Abstract :
This article deals with the prospects of introducing e-learning in the Ukraine in the near future. It gives some brief information about computer use, Internet access, communication lines and virtual learning environment development, as well as other necessary components for distance learning organization: legislative, students, teaching staff, and education materials.
