    According to the fact that starting up pressure gradient exists when fluids flow in low permeability reservoir, a concept called effective driving coefficient is introduced to this paper,the recovery ratio calculation formula of low permeability is proposed, and also the formula is revised by using the effective driving coefficient, on that basis, the authors establishes an economic evaluation model of rational well spacing density, taking the low permeability oilfield of Daqing Chaoyanggou as an example, this work carries out an economic evaluation of rational well spacing density considering the changing of oil price.
