Abstract
In the context of cluster supply chain, a new type of cluster supply chain switching system models was established based on the different replenishment forms between two single-chain, which included four inventory subsystems and one switching rule. By applying robust H∞ control method, the control law was provided for the corresponding system to restrain operation fluctuation caused by inventory switching processes and the bullwhip effect arising from external uncertain demand. The computation of the control law and a system simulation was performed. Corresponding results show that H∞ control strategy effectively restrain inventory and ordering fluctuation caused by switching process and bullwhip effect, therefore guarantee the robust stability of the switching system, which provide the theoretical basis for the cluster supply chain managers.
