Abstract :
A new psychological evaluation method was studied in personnel selection - drawing projection test, control test method was applied in this paper. In the simulation of recruitment scene, both drawing projection test and normal psychological evaluating scale were adopted to do psychological test for experiment group, and the test results were compared and analyzed. Analysis founds that drawing projection test can let subjects more relaxed and reflect its true inner quality. There are good degree of distinction in the extraversion, initiative, emotions and mental health conditions. The results show that drawing projection test as a psychological evaluation tools used in personnel selection has unique advantages. It can substitute the interpersonal skills test, emotional stability evaluation, mental health status evaluation and other professional scale.
