Abstract :
In traditional CPM/PERT technique, activity duration must be represented either as crisp number or as random variable drawn from certain probability distribution. However, it is usually difficult to define and estimate precisely the operation time for each activity in a real situation. Based on the liner programming and Zadeh´s extension principle, this paper presents a method for measuring critical degree of the path in a project network with fuzzy activity times. In the last, this paper uses matlab language to program, and verifies its feasibility and simplicity by an example.
