Establishment of national industrial safety evaluation index system under the influence of the Cross-border M&A based on DEA

Although Cross-border Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) introduced effective foreign capital, insecurity also brought to the industries in our country. The establishment of the evaluation index system becomes a major key by using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method to evaluate the national industrial security under the influence of the Cross-border M&A. On this basis, this paper has explained and built the national industrial security evaluation index system under the influence of Cross-border M&A based on DEA. So industrial security can be evaluated from different aspects.
