Research on coordination of electronic products supply chain based on information sharing

Based on the supply chain information sharing, the study focused on the inventory problem of members in the electronics supply chain. Nowadays, most studies are based on the upstream and downstream supply chain coordination of information sharing between enterprises. This paper studied the influence of information sharing among members of same level in supply chain on the inventory policy. Considering the cost factors caused by information sharing, this paper established a model consisting of two of the same level retailers in the electronic products supply chain. And the relationship between cost and transfer payments of share information was obtained.
