  • Abstract
    To accelerate the development of an organization and make the system and environment more harmonious, the paper analyzes the characteristics and performance of marginalization, specifies the corresponding inducing reasons. So the corresponding measurement system is constructed, and the main effect factors are found. It´s concluded that the effective strategies should be described as: to abstract the core values of win-win cooperation, strengthen and improve leadership, strengthen the cultivation and management of career planning, improve innovation mechanism and strengthen personal cultivation, and create a harmonious external environment.
